The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities Drive full product line (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, conference systems, visual solutions) direct sales and business expansion in Italy. Develop and maintain local key resources (end users, top integrators, consultants, design institutes) and build long-term stakeholder partnerships. Track project leads, lead early spec-in work, and manage end-to-end project execution till contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver localized, competitive solutions for clients. Monitor market and competitor trends, and join industry and marketing events to boost brand exposure.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. 3-5 years B2B sales experience, LED/AV/lighting/smart city industry background preferred. Proven key client and project sales capabilities, familiar with tender and project-based sales processes. Existing local industry network is highly preferred, fluent in Italian and English. Results-driven, self-motivated, with strong negotiation and communication skills and professional ethics.
