From Day 1 you will be empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs Account Manager your mission will be to establish, develop and maintain a successful business relationship as well as to create and handle business opportunities with new and assigned customers in the Emerging vertical markets - e.g. Batteries, Intralogistics, Semiconductors, reporting directly to the Discrete Vertical Market Director.

Establish a good relationship with the assigned customers at every level of the customer's organization (from operation up to C-levels)Discover new potential customers and create business opportunities with a strong focus on digitalizationInfluence and drive the customers in their digitalization revolutionOrchestrate the relationship and the activities between Siemens and the customers' organizationsCooperate with the entire Siemens sales organization to develop indirect business by End Customers in order to improve Siemens's penetration inside the assigned customersDefine and implement customer business plansReport business status by their assigned customers to local and international management

To be a perfect fit for this role, you shall have

Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical/automation/electronic/computer science/mechatronics engineering, or Technical High school DiplomaExperience in Sales activities and account ManagementStrong customer focus with orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in teamKnowledge in the main market dynamics and in the automation linesStrong orientation to scouting activitiesRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyAvailability to travel nationally on weekly basis
