What will you take care of? You will be inserted as Commercial and sales Manager for Vehicle Motion products (Steering and Breaking). You will be responsible for the following activities: Help shaping the future: you will evaluate business opportunities linked to the customers IVECO Group and CNH, and clarify sales business frame with business unit (BU) Take on responsibility: you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of assigned products / components for the customers. Experience cooperation: you will lead commercial specific activities aligned with customer team, the Global Customer Team Leader and VM Engineering Team Reliable implementation: you will lead the achievement of commercial objective and targets of assigned products / components including escalation from customer/BU. Sales responsibility: You will support sales activities and understand customer processes in a changing and global environment Economic data analysis You will support preparation, tracking and analysis of economic data about business development and performances, with specific focus on Revenues, EBIT, P&L and OTP, Price list preparation. Take on responsibility: you will be responsible for the data preparation and analysis of business status and to prepare quotation, release documentation and approval towards customer in alignment with PRM/BU/customer team. To prepare GoToMarket strategies for BBM initiative Track phase-in phase-out of the products and start of production to keep RB/customer SOP Present quotation to the customer and receiving order / signing contract / RASIC using dedicated tools/docs in order to assure timely implementation in Production Plants Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education: Master's degree in Economics, Engineering. Languages: Italian, English. German as a plus. Experience and know-how: experience in managing both economic macro-data and details; knowledge about principal VM products ; main IT-Tools (Excel, other Tools- IT,…) Working Method: Mastery of the main IT systems and collaboration tools, self-organized, strong negotiation and problem solving skills Personality: Autonomy and independency in leading the assigned tasks to the desired goal, strong motivation, initiative, customer orientation and result, flexibility, and good interpersonal / communication skills.
