VectorBuilder provides a comprehensive portfolio covering gene delivery needs from bench to bedside. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and grow accounts within Southern Europe /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with research institutions and key accounts, acting as their main point of contact through regular on-site visits and virtual engagements (meetings, presentations, product showcases) /li liIdentify new opportunities via direct outreach (e.g. cold calls / emails) /li liMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support /li liCollaborate with the Regional Sales Director, internal teams, and fellow account managers to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure customer satisfaction /li liDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of VectorBuilder’s offerings and communicate scientific solutions effectively /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or related field /li liFluent in Italian and English (both verbal and written); Spanish and French are strong assets /li liHigh self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively /li liStrong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills /li liConfidence and ease in engaging with clients in both academic and commercial settings /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in account management or scientific sales /li liBackground in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industries (2+ years) /li liHands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g. cloning, virus packaging) /li liProven ability to communicate complex scientific topics clearly /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems like HubSpot /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pInclusive of quarterly performance commission. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
