The Role: Growth Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do:
Paid Social & Search
- Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Build high-performing acquisition funnels for investment gold leads.
- Test creatives, audiences, and offers to drive lower CAC.
- Scale what works, rapidly kill what doesn’t.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Track performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention.
- Launch weekly experiments across channels and funnels.
- Use data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
Market Insights
- Understand what investors and jewelry segments care about.
- Feed insights to product teams to enhance the digital experience.
- Shape our brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
- Ads Mastery: Proven track record running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HubSpot, Hotjar, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar.
- Mindset: Analytical skills combined with a creative instinct for copywriting.
