Makr Shakr, the Turin-based company pioneering robotics in the hospitality industry and creator of Toni, the world's most famous robotic bartender, is looking for a motivated and creative Community & Marketing Manager to lead communication efforts and strengthen the brand's positioning on both national and international level.
What you'll do:
• Define and implement the communication and marketing strategy in line with the company's vision.
• Manage and develop Makr Shakr's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
• Build and nurture the Makr Shakr community, including clients, followers, and enthusiasts of technology and F&B.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic branding, PR, and event initiatives.
• Launch and coordinate marketing campaigns for new products, local activations, and global initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and activity results, proposing corrective actions and new ideas.
• Coordinate external suppliers (graphic designers, agencies, photographers, etc.).
Who you are:
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (ideally in tech, lifestyle, or hospitality industries).
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Ideally, basic skills in graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
