Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision makers, and fostering sales growth.
* Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, market positioning, and collaboration with the Product Management team.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product info, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer opportunities, and reporting on sales progress.
* Conduct customer audits, market segmentation, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in business development or sales roles within demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end-users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Motivation to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and clients.
* Independent thinker with good judgment and team motivation skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated, with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy is required, with occasional travel outside Italy.
