• human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);
• school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).

We are looking for a Teleseller for our e-commerce channel, with the goal of:
* Contacting leads among professionals in clinical psychology, counseling, and psychotherapy who have shown interest in our tests and training programs;
* Assisting them in selecting the products best suited to their needs;
* Contributing to online sales growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Key activities:
* Contact clients and prospects in clinical psychology, counseling, and psychotherapy via phone;
* Present products and services (tests, kits, online training), highlighting their benefits and practical applications;
* Guide customers through the purchase process on the e-commerce platform;
* Record and update contact information in the company CRM;
* Collect market feedback and suggest initiatives to improve sales.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in teleselling, inside sales, commercial customer care, or similar roles;
* Excellent communication skills, active listening, and consultative sales orientation;
* Familiarity with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems;
* Strong results orientation and proactivity;
* Interest in psychology, training, and professional development (a plus).
