Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans, and programs.
* Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics.
* Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise responses to Customer tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities.
* Focus on and improve the E2E supply chain to ensure product demand timelines are met, enhancing customer confidence.
* Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers to ensure successful program delivery.
* Build strong customer relationships and a service ethic to develop and maintain a competitive advantage across the customer organization.
* Analyze monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, deliver exceptional performance, minimize costs, and report findings to the Contract Steering Committee.
* Analyze program performance statistics and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education/Achievements
Proven success in business development from conception to operations, with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business.
Experience/Knowledge
Sales experience with major commercial accounts negotiation and thorough knowledge of commercial markets.
