As a Store Manager, and a valued member of the Ivrea team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* As a leader within Sephora Italy, the world's most beloved Beauty Community, you will:
* Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
* Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
* Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
* Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
* Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
* Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
* As the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
* Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
* Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
* Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
