In an effort to develop the Automotive division at ALTEN Italy, based in Torino, we seek candidates looking for a professional growth path in the commercial field.
Responsibilities
-
- Sales: create new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients; collect needs, negotiate and offer consulting services; participate in drafting commercial offers.
- Human Resources: recruit and build own team of consultants.
- Management: manage own team of consultants; financial management of own BU.
Qualifications

- Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as account manager or business developer for automotive clients.
- People management experience.
- Initiative and strong communication and relational skills.
- Commercial attitude oriented to achieving objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).
