We are looking for a dynamic and analytical E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to support one of our brand's digital growth through assortment management and the coordination of operational activities across digital channels.

The role will be part of the E-Commerce team and will work closely with Buying, Marketing, UX, and Operations, with the aim of ensuring alignment between product, storytelling, and commercial performance.
The resource will be responsible for the operational management of the e-commerce assortment and catalog, overseeing products from selection through to online publication. They will work with data and stock to support sales, optimizing content, visibility, and product rotation with the aim of improving the performance of the digital channel (sales, conversion, stock), while ensuring a smooth operational flow across the involved teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
Hands‐on experience in e-commerce merchandising / buying
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Familiarity with e-commerce xrdztoy KPIs (sell‐through, conversion, AOV, return rate)
Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
Fluent in English
Results‐oriented, with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong communication skills and team‐oriented mindset in fast‐paced environments
