clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.)
human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology)
school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy)

Posizione
This role will be responsible for managing medium-sized clients in the Health sector.
Activities and Responsibilities

Promote product and service packages aligned with the diagnostic area of the medium-sized client
Manage and qualify leads by identifying their characteristics and needs
Organize regular follow-ups with prospective clients to advance them through the sales funnel
Actively research new potential clients and business opportunities
Manage commercial negotiations and guide medium-sized clients through all stages of the sales process
Provide regular updates on activities via the company CRM

Requisiti

Knowledge of the private healthcare market, preferably in mental health
University degree
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and focused on achieving targets
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage own agenda
Reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good command of English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using a CRM system
