About the Role
The role will directly contribute to the quality of the culinary experience, supporting food preparation and service operations with precision, discipline, and a strong passion for gastronomy. This position is set within a culinary excellence context that includes distinctive outlets such as Viride by Carlo Cracco, where Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco reinterprets Italian cuisine through a contemporary lens, and the Piazzetta, the vibrant heart of Corinthia Rome - an iconic space dedicated to hospitality and open-kitchen dining.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the kitchen brigade in daily food preparation while ensuring high-quality standards.
* Carry out basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene regulations.
* Properly store, label, and rotate all ingredients.
* Assist in mise en place preparation and support all stages of service.
* Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of the workstation at all times.
* Collaborate actively with the team to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
* Contribute to waste reduction and proper use of raw materials.
* Help maintain a respectful, collaborative, and professional working environment.
* Uphold luxury standards through precision and attention to detail.
Requirements

* Previous experience, even limited, in structured kitchens or high-end restaurants.
* Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and HACCP regulations.
* Strong motivation to grow within luxury hospitality.

* Ability to work effectively in structured and fast-paced team environments.
* Availability to work shifts.
