As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance to healthcare professionals. Your role will involve educating customers on the safe and effective use of CRM systems during case procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will serve as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and system/software development.
* You will educate customers and internal employees on CRM device usage through presentations and demonstrations.
* You will attend hospital lab cases for support and development of CRM systems and components.
What We Are Looking For
* Recent biomedical graduates or young professionals with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in cardiology.
* Experience in international markets is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the CRM market is beneficial.
* You must have strong communication skills to convey complex technical details.
* Fluency in English (B2 or higher) is required; additional languages are appreciated.
* You should be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic marketplace.
* You are a team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, focus, and persistence. You will be expected to travel extensively.
