We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed! Who are you? Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with the agencies in the region Your profile: Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with an intrinsic passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication, including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence Experience with Salesforce (nice to have) Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a determination to over-achieve Polished, analytical, and engaging, possessing excellent interpersonal skills Hunter-minded Energetic Determined Self-starter with a desire to succeed High energy levels / enthusiastic Ability to execute Your responsibilities: Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agency work in the territory Build a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for regional expansion Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) in the region Develop new projects and report in Salesforce, keeping track of activities Be the Italy reference for trainings to agencies and customers Be the Italy reference for the BLE system, working closely with agencies to present it and with HQ to improve the system Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team Meet targets and budgets Manage internal relationships between channels and departments Who are we?
