A better future? /p h3Location: /h3 pTurin area (Grugliasco HQ / other site depending on candidate profile) /p h3Department: /h3 pSales /p h3Reports to: /h3 pSenior Sales Manager /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers (e.g., Stellantis). /li liPrepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers. /li liEnsure target profitability and alignment with business objectives. /li liManage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP. /li liCoordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements. /li liManage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications. /li liSupport Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs. /li liContribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management. /li liExperience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage. /li liStrong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills. /li liLeadership or coordination experience. /li liProfessional proficiency in English and Italian. /li liOpen mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI-based tools). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
