As a **Chef de Partie**, you will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring the preparation, quality, and presentation of dishes in line with company standards and hygiene regulations. You will work closely with the **Executive Chef**, the **Chef de Cuisine**, and the kitchen team to guarantee impeccable service, even during peak times. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and high-level environment complete the profile. Responsibilities + Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with brand standards; + Ensure compliance with recipes, portion control, and hygiene and safety regulations; + Collaborate with the Executive Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high service standards, even during busy periods; + Support the training and coordination of kitchen staff; + Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. Requirements + Proven experience as a **Chef de Partie**, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels; + Passion for contemporary Italian cuisine and gastronomic innovation; + Strong team spirit, precision, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments; + Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations; + Good command of English (preferred).
