Who we are looking for In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for building and executing strategies to drive the E-Commerce business to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience and drive traffic to meet business goals. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required_ - At least 5-6 years of experience in the e-commerce sector; - degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools; - knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on online sales and familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalization, chatbots, and AI-driven shopping experiences. Knowledge and experience in inventory management. - strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being essential. - excellent project management and organizational skills, paired up with problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-evolving industry; - excellent communication and leadership skills, proactive mindset, flexibility, and team-oriented attitude. Key responsabilities - Managing and optimizing the e-commerce site to enhance user experience and increase sales; - developing and overseeing the digital marketing strategy to attract and retain customers; collaborating with other departments to define the commercial plan and achieve sales and margin goals; - working closely with the Marketing Department to plan content and user experience; - supporting the CRM team in direct marketing efforts, KPI monitoring, and optimization; - contributing to the e-commerce evolution and platform improvements; - analyzing sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities; - daily monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs); - keeping up to date with new digital tools and technologies; - conducting competitor benchmarking and implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
