Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT The Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, implementing all the activities related to the Clinical IT solutions. This position is part of the Solution Design team located in Italy and will be fully remote (the candidate should be based in South Italy). Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services, to ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation. Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline. Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
