Reports to: CEOScope: Stormind Games & Red RaionRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Commercial Operations Specialist to directly support the CEO in managing and coordinating commercial activities and external relationships across multiple revenue streams.This role enforces operational discipline across all commercial discussions, partnerships and deal flows within both Stormind Games and Red Raion.This is not a business development role.This is not a sales leadership position.It is an operational execution role designed to support the CEO in focusing on strategic positioning and deal negotiation.Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's commercial calendar and external meeting logisticsCoordinate external meetings with partners and clientsDraft professional follow-up emails and structured meeting recapsTrack commercial pipeline status, next steps, deadlines, ownership, and ensure execution of agreed actionsMaintain CRM accuracy and tracking across both entitiesMonitor draft commercial agreements prior to legal finalizationCoordinate internally to collect required materials for commercial proposalsPrepare concise pre-meeting briefing notes for the CEOPrepare structured commercial reports for the CEO, including clear snapshots of active deals, next actions and execution statusMaintain and update standard commercial templates (decks, one-pagers, proposal structures) in coordination with Marketing, Finance, and LegalUse Microsoft Office or other tools to produce clear reporting dashboards and executive summariesCoordinate and track external business development partners (including regional representatives)Support planning and scheduling of major industry events and trade showsMonitor relevant industry news and partner activities, providing structured updatesSupport prioritization of active commercial initiatives, helping structure what requires immediate CEO involvement versus delegated executionPrepare regular pipeline and forecast summaries for the CEO, highlighting risks and opportunitiesProactively chase internal and external stakeholders to ensure momentum on active dealsCoordinate with Finance to ensure that draft agreements respect approved pricing models, margin targets, and payment termsCoordinate with Legal to ensure that commercial terms agreed in principle are correctly reflected before CEO signature
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Sales OperationsExperience supporting senior commercial or executive stakeholdersUnderstanding of commercial contracts (NDAs, MoUs, licensing and service agreements) and typical deal structuresStrong written and spoken EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to build structured reports and executive-level summariesExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsComfortable interacting with C-level executivesExperience with data visualization and dashboard creationHigh attention to detail and strong sense of accountabilityStructured, disciplined and proactive
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B tech, gaming, media, or international companiesFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)Experience supporting complex executive workflows
Working Model
Hybrid role with periodic in-person presence requiredAvailability to support international time zones when necessaryOccasional travel for industry events (e.g., trade shows, partner meetings) may be required
