We are recruiting for a Sales Executive position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel. As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, aligned with our strategy to deliver revenue targets and enhance brand image.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide an administrative support role for the sales managers and assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by Sales Managers and ADOSMRespond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email with tailor‐made proposals and to follow up all enquiresPromote of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro‐active approachMaintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking events and promotional eventsConduct site inspections with clients and agents and to plan and attend familiarization tripsRecord the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales managerPrepare FIT agreements and maintain relationships with Key accountsLiaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the ADOSMUse Cevent and to conduct the GRC and use Delphi.2 years, previous experience in 5* HotelHave a thorough knowledge of the PMS systems, such as Opera, Sales and othersAttitude for attention to details and excellenceStrong persuasive communication, negotiation, problem solving and resilience skillsLinguistic/Humanistic Education preferred
