Designed for both high-volume tracking and the harshest industrial environments, our products provide precise location data, environmental sensing, and long-lasting performance. /p pOur BLE solutions don't just track, they empower smarter decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency across logistics, supply chains, healthcare, and IoT applications. With rugged designs, extended battery life, and seamless integration with open standards, we set the benchmark for reliable, scalable BLE solutions. /p pAs our Senior Product Manager you'll own the strategy and roadmap for this cutting-edge portfolio, making sure they're competitive, profitable, and useful to customers. That means looking at market trends, spotting gaps, guiding development, and steering products from launch through to their final phase. Along the way, you'll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to keep the portfolio moving forward. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pProduct Strategy /p ul liDefine and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the BLE product line as well as other emerging technologies, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. /li liIdentify and evaluate new market opportunities, technologies, and applications to expand our portfolio. /li liDevelop value propositions and positioning for BLE solutions in target verticals. /li liCollaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to translate strategy into actionable product development and commercialization plans. /li /ul h3Product life-cycle management /h3 ul liManage the full product lifecycle, from concept, business case creation, and development, through launch, maturity, and end-of-life (EOL). /li liConduct competitive analysis, market research, and pricing reviews to ensure product competitiveness and profitability. /li liMonitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and guide next-generation development. /li liDrive end-of-life decisions, including phase-out planning, customer communication, and replacement strategies. /li liMaintain accurate product documentation, including datasheets, product guides, and internal training materials. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the sales team with product knowledge, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement together with the technical support team. /li liRepresent the BLE product line at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality product launches. /li liTrack regulatory compliance, quality standards, and certifications relevant to the BLE portfolio. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. /li liWorking experience in BLE and knowledge on current BLE market from product or business development position. /li liProven experience in product management, preferably in wireless communication technologies (BLE, IoT, RFID, etc.). /li liStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders. /li liExperience in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management. /li liGood written and spoken English. /li /ul pReporting line: This position reports directly to the Global Product Director. /p pLocation: This position can be based in Finland, Italy, Sweden, or Poland. /p pNote To Applicants: Our recruitment process involves multiple steps, and selected candidates will be contacted via email by Beontag Talent Acquisition team.
