Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager / Implementation Lead who will serve as both a relationship builder and implementation expert. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring our software solutions align with their needs and integrate seamlessly into their operations. This fully remote role combines client engagement with hands-on deployment, offering the opportunity to be directly involved in both client satisfaction and product success.

Client Relationship Management: Implementation Planning: Develop, document, and manage comprehensive implementation plans, including client-specific requirements, configurations, and any necessary customizations.
Data Specification Documentation: Prepare technical specifications and manage electronic data interface (EDI) setup with clients for seamless integration.
Deployment Leadership: Lead software implementations at client locations as required, managing deployment to ensure successful integration and operation.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their project requirements and guarantee successful software adoption.
Client Training: Educate clients and their teams on using our software effectively, enabling them to gain maximum benefit from the tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Interest: Strong interest in construction technology and software solutions.
Multi-Project Management: Capability to manage multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel to client sites as necessary.

Advanced Work Packaging (AWP): Familiarity with AWP methodologies.
Software Knowledge: Experience with construction management software or related technology.
Basic understanding of software implementation processes.
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a client-focused role or account management.

Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexibility and some overlap required with U.Proactive, creative, and capable of driving projects forward independently. xjrgpwk
