REPORTS TO: Marketing and Sales Director - Distribution Utilities SECTOR: Medium Voltage Equipment (components, switchgear, substations) LOCATION: Catania (CT) or Trofarello (TO), Italy JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, with particular emphasis on DSOs and Utilities. - Analyze customer technical specifications and compare them with the characteristics of existing products. - Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to refine sales strategies. - Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key customers. - Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiating terms and conditions. - Provide regular feedback to management and the R&D function on customer needs in terms of technologies and approvals. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in sales roles in the electrical sector, ideally focusing on DSOs and Utilities. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Availability to travel frequently, both in Italy and abroad. - Fluent in English; other foreign languages are a plus.
