Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join the Sebago & Superga digital team based in our Turin HQ.
This role will support the daily operations of our online stores, contributing to content management, commercial execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Logistics.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and results-driven, with a critical mindset and a strong interest in e-commerce and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
* Support the daily operations of our online stores, including content management, commercial execution, and performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
* Drive initiatives in a fast-paced, digital environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
* Background & Experience
* Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or Digital Media.
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Fashion & Lifestyle or Luxury sector.
* Previous exposure to digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, CRM, social media) is a plus.
* Technical Skills
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, Algolia, Excel).
* English fluency, both written and spoken.
* Soft Skills
* Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
* Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
