We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced social media manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy across various platforms.
* Key Responsibilities :
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives
* Creating and publishing engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels
* Coordinating with the marketing team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns
* Monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics and producing regular reports
* Managing online communities and interacting with users in line with our company policies
* Collaborating with external agencies and vendors for sponsored campaigns and multimedia production
* Staying up-to-date with digital trends and proposing innovative ideas to enhance our online brand identity
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
* At least 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a startup or digital-oriented environment
* Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, etc.)
* Advanced copywriting, content strategy and visual management skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Familiarity with data analysis (Google Analytics, social reports) and performance reporting tools
* Ability to work independently, proactive spirit, creativity and strong results orientation
Preferred Requirements :
* Experience in areas related to workplace safety, food safety or digital process innovation
* Knowledge of inbound marketing principles and B2B campaigns
* Experience in managing lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
