In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant to our restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights to unlock growth and strengthen our marketplace. /p pGet to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 pYou’ll be joining the bAccount Management /b team. We oversee our restaurant brand relationships, acting as the primary link between Deliveroo and our partners in the Italian market to ensure mutual success and long‑term loyalty. /p h3Here’s What Your Day‑to‑day Might Look Like /h3 ul liStrategic Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a trusted consultant for their digital growth. /li liPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, sharing data‑led insights with partners to improve operational metrics and consumer satisfaction. /li liCommercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve financial performance and enhance the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). /li liPortfolio Growth Strategy: Design and execute strategies to increase market share, financial health, and brand loyalty across your designated perimeter. /li liPL Oversight: Take ownership of your portfolio’s PL, identifying commercial risks and proactively capturing new revenue opportunities. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need to Thrive /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liProven Relationship Management: Significant experience in account management or sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain long‑term professional partnerships. /li liCommercial Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of PL management and experience with complex negotiation techniques. /li liData‑Led Decision Making: A data‑driven mindset, with experience using analytical tools to guide best practices and project management. /li liStrategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable, high‑impact plans. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liIndustry Expertise: Experience within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors. /li liGlobal Collaboration: Fluency in English to enable effective collaboration with our global teams. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt Deliveroo, You’ll Do Work That Matters, Solving Real‑world Problems In a Three‑sided Marketplace That’s Constantly Evolving.
