About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, with a strong background in Geospatial industries such as surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, and precision agriculture.
In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across various market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve regional sales targets by maximizing sales volumes and developing maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting.
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.
* Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
* Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.
* Propose, organize, and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows.
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
About You
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering is required.
* A minimum of 3 years of proven B-to-B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries is mandatory.
* Fluency in Italian and a professional level of English (written and oral) are essential.
* Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position.
* You must be results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high-quality and commercial profit.
* Strong negotiation and excellent face-to-face communication skills are necessary.
Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners, clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts.
