Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring timely delivery of contracts.
* Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies for different products, collaborating with internal teams to propose suitable solutions for customers.
* Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate terms of sale, manage customer risks, and communicate effectively with customers, management, and internal teams.
* Reporting and Analysis: Report on individual sales activities, customer situations, and progress of samples during exchanges with management and sales meetings.
Requirements
* Knowledge and Skills: Effective use of sales and negotiation techniques, detailed knowledge of company products, and good understanding of the plastics industry and plastics processing.
* Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to adjust to changing market conditions, and strong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers.
* Interpersonal and Time Management Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and priority setting skills with a self-propelled attitude.
* Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English.
