This includes supporting Product / Market Managers in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing action plans, and ensuring the successful launch of new products to promote growth and profitability. The role involves compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards across different markets, supervising sales budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring proper product positioning based on market and competitor analysis. /ph3Main Accountabilities : /h3ulliSupport and develop, implement, and follow up on Marketing Action Plans to ensure a leading position in Syndromic testing and ImmunoAssays solutions. /liliAssist in strategy development, define, implement, and monitor marketing tactical plans, and oversee new product launches. /liliAnalyze sales data and top customers to identify opportunities and mitigate threats in collaboration with the Adriatic Product Manager for IA and BioFire ranges. /liliEnsure solid product/solution positioning and market development according to the strategic plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. /liliStudy and analyze competitors' offers and market dynamics, identifying new growth opportunities for bioMérieux IA and BioFire. /liliManage forecasting and allocation activities, supporting Supply Chain in managing critical products. /liliRegularly update tender dossiers and marketing tools. /liliReview and approve technical aspects of product labelling and marketing materials requested by Corporate PLD and Marketing for IA and Molecular lines. /liliManage IA and BioFire lifecycle activities, including PPO and customer communication, and oversee new TTP openings. /liliSupport Product Managers on ad hoc projects. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills : /h3ulliA scientific degree is required; additional experience in marketing and/or project management is a plus. /liliExperience in the healthcare sector is advantageous. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various audiences. /liliAnalytical, organized, proactive, and accountable. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
