Grand Hotel Timeo, in the heart of the most famous square of Taormina, is looking for a Commis de Restaurant. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures. He/she will: - Take care of the mise en place - Support the Bar Manager with service - Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service - Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs Requirements: - Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally). - Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
