In aerospace, transportation, defence, security, and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow's possible. /p h3JOB OBJECTIVE /h3 pbMain areas of business in the scope of the position are: /b /p ul liInfrastructures protection and smart cities /li liCyber security /li liHomeland security defence /li liDigital transformation of Public Administrations and Large Enterprises /li /ul pThe successful candidate will provide a market view transversal to the Thales organization, identifying and developing internal synergies and facilitating dialogue between prospective customers, Thales Group, and relevant partners and stakeholders. /p pThey will leverage extensive business networks to identify and develop opportunities for Thales to valorize its value-added and local capabilities in the domestic market. /p pAdditionally, they will promote Thales capabilities in the domestic market, increasing group visibility and market awareness, and providing thought leadership to clients and stakeholders. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAnalyze and stay updated on market analysis for target segments /li liDefine, in coordination with Sales Marketing and Product Teams, a positioning strategy for the markets and a commercial plan /li liDevelop specific business opportunities, including qualification in terms of budgets, scope, value proposition, and partnerships, and coordinate with Sales and bid teams on the Capture Plan /li liPromote Thales capabilities towards target markets through communication and marketing actions, and towards specific customers to increase customer intimacy and develop trusted partner relationships /li liGuarantee operational expertise, including briefings, presentations, and white papers /li /ul h3SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liUnderstanding customer decision processes and senior commercial experience /li liIn-depth knowledge and experience in target market segments /li liWell-developed personal relationships and networking in target markets /li liDrive to identify and pursue opportunities to completion /li liAbility to provide strategic and tactical recommendations /li liHigh communication skills and transparency /li liAbility to transfer knowledge through lectures, white papers, and presentations at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions /li liTeam player /li liWillingness to travel regularly /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
