The Role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a Sales Agent to join the Advertising Sales Team of Condé Nast Italy. The profile’s main activity will consist in maintaining Condé Nast’s clients portfolio and achieving sales targets in the Central Italy Area (Toscana and Umbria regions). Working along with the Revenue Strategy and the Creative Commercial Team, the candidate will play a key role by representing all Condé Nast’s properties and communicational solutions - with a focus on the digital field - and providing tailored products to every client, in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer satisfaction levels and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs and actively design solutions and support
Perform budget and needs analysis of the client to meet their needs
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Strive to improve client satisfaction through an excellent customer service
Analyze trends regarding the territory and specific clients, in order to define ad-hoc commercial strategies
Constantly provide reports to the Commercial Lead on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Primary Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in the Advertising Sales field. A specialization in Digital Solutions and/or in the Media Industry will be considered a strong plus
Full professional fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written
Consultative selling approach, direct sales and negotiation skills
Strong expertise in project management
Confident and charismatic approach to people
General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools
Excellent teamwork
