About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional to collaborate with distributor sales teams, delivering clinical and product training across various hospital departments. Success will be driven by effective sales strategies, customer education, regular marketing presentations, and continuous market development.
You will work closely with our existing sales team, focusing on the hospital and acute care markets, to develop pathways that lead to successful sales outcomes. Building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service are at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Support product adoption through in-service training and clinical evaluations.
* Identify and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians and opinion leaders to stay informed on evolving clinical practices and needs.
* Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure immediate, continuous, and consistent reporting through our CRM platform to support business transparency and strategic planning.
About You
You may come from a medical, biomedical, or technical/engineering background, ideally with a bachelor's degree, and have hands-on experience in critical or intensive care settings. We will provide you with the training and support needed to succeed.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Fluency in English.
* A valid driver's license.
