Overview: Position: Marketing Manager Italy Location: Italy (full-remote) Contract Type: Full-time - 1 year contract _ Role Overview:_ Responsibilities: _ Key Responsibilities:_ - Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines. - Plan and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, events, PR). - Analyze the Italian market, identifying trends and growth opportunities. - Manage strategic partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and local communities. - Coordinate and manage the local social media manager to develop social media strategy on Instagram and Tik Tok channels. - Monitor campaign performance through key KPIs and optimize strategies based on data insights. - Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to ensure regional brand consistency. - Manage the assigned marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation. Qualifications: _ Requirements:_ - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing. - Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on social media management. - Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measure marketing effectiveness. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration. - Fluent in Italian and English.
