And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /ppWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /ppWe are looking for an innovative and motivated Sales Manager to lead the development of new sales channels for our reuse parts business at the Dismantling Center located in the Circular Economy Mirafiori Hub in Turin, with a focus on e-commerce solutions. /ppThis role will require strategic vision, excellent sales acumen, and expertise in building sustainable business models that align with circular economy principles. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliDefine monthly and yearly sales plan to reach Net Sales TGT /liliIn collaboration with Pricing, support Purchasing to assess volume by model for the ELV’s pipeline /liliIdentify, assess, and build new sales channels in local and global markets within Europe /liliDevelop partnerships and collaborations that promote reuse parts and sustainability /liliDevelop business opportunities with Insurances and Fleets (B2B customers) /liliPromote Mirafiori Reuse Business as part of PS 360° offer /li /ulp3. E-commerce Focus: /pulliDesign and implement strategies to establish and grow e-commerce sales platforms. /liliLeverage technology to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. /li /ulp4. Sales Strategy: /pulliFormulate short- and long-term sales plans for newly developed channels. /liliSet measurable targets and monitor performance across all sales channels. /li /ulp5. Market Research: /pulliConduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors. /liliBenchmark other dismantlers to understand their KPIs and strength /liliUse insights to refine strategies and drive innovation in channel development. /li /ulp6. Cross-functional collaboration: /pulliWork closely with marketing, logistics, ELV purchasing and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution. /liliProvide training and support to teams involved in new channels. /li /ulpExperience: /pulliProven track record in developing new sales channels and driving business growth. /liliExperience in e-commerce and sustainability-focused industries is a plus. /li /ulpTechnical skills /pulli5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing /liliGood level in Excel /liliData analysis, Analytical skills, synthesis priorisation /liliFluent in English, Italian is an asset /li /ulpSkills /pulliStrong negotiation and analytical skills. /liliStrategic thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt. /liliExcellent leadership and communication abilities /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
