We are looking to complement our kitchen team with a creative and passionate Commis Chef (m/f/d). In our philosophy of active and healthy living, the kitchen plays a central role. Using regional and high-quality products, our kitchen team prepares detailed dishes that enchant the senses. The well-coordinated team creates a pleasant and inspiring work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Preparing dishes according to the instructions of the Chef de Partie
* Decorating and plating daily changing dishes
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and at your workstation
* Collaborating with other kitchen team members to ensure maximum efficiency and food quality
* Adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations
Qualifications
* Completed training
* Experience in the kitchen
* Team player
* Creativity and passion for cooking
* Fluent in German and/or Italian
