About Us Campfire Company specializes in crafting unique team-building experiences in nature. Our operations include "The Workation Village" in San Sebastiano da Po, but our core team is based in Turin. We serve companies and organizations from the European innovation ecosystem, offering them inspiring retreats and offsites. Our mission is to reconnect people in nature, merging the emotional power of physical gatherings with the flexibility of remote teams and virtual communities. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Turin-based team. The role involves a mix of remote work and weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space. If you are a self-starter, capable of working independently and making your own decisions, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - **Content Management and Coordination**: Responsible for overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from creation and scheduling to publication across various digital platforms. This role requires effective collaboration with other content contributors to ensure a unified brand voice and cohesive messaging that aligns with our brand identity.
- **Digital Advertising**: Tasked with designing and executing targeted advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms. This involves monitoring campaign performance to ensure optimal reach and engagement with the intended demographic, ensuring that marketing efforts are impactful.
- **Cross-Platform Branding**: Ensures a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all digital channels. This involves tailoring content to suit the distinct audience and stylistic requirements of each platform, maintaining brand consistency and integrity while optimizing engagement.
- **Technical Customer Journey Management**: Manages the entire technical customer journey, encompassing all digital interactions from initial engagement through conversion to track marketing performance.
- **Creative Strategy**: Employs innovative thinking to devise digital marketing strategies that effectively engage the target audience. These strategies are aimed at promoting our unique nature-centric team experiences, setting our brand apart in a competitive landscape. **Qualifications**: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful cross-platform content strategies.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; Italian and German proficiency would be a distinct advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising is essential. Additionally, the ability to manage Google Tag Manager and a basic understanding of coding are required.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster connections through digital storytelling. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer**
