We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer in Turin to join a dynamic company operating in the off-highway components sector. The successful candidate will collaborate in developing and managing customer relationships and contributing to the company’s commercial growth.Key Responsibilities :Manage and develop relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact.Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements.Collaborate with internal departments (RD, Production, Quality) to ensure alignment with customer needs.Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.Requirements :Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive components industry, Off-Highway, Agriculture or Machinery.Technical background.Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.Availability for frequent business travel, both in Italy and abroad.What We Offer :Competitive salary and benefits package.A stimulating and international work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Location : Turin
