Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth. The AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and are great at building relationships. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands to build lasting relationships with the network. Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction. Negotiate contract terms and conditions in line with company goals and partner mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition. Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share. Control portfolio P&L;, identifying opportunities and risks. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. Knowledge of P&L; and strong negotiation skills. Experience creating long‑term relationships. Demonstrated experience using tools and related project‑management applications to guide best practice. Experience in horeca, restaurants or the food market is a plus. Fluency in English is a plus.
