An established French SME distributor of high-value active ingredients for the cosmetics industry is strengthening its Italian presence.To support the development of its Active Ingredients Division, the company is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer to drive commercial growth across Italy.This role combines technical credibility, business development and strategic territory management.
Commercial DevelopmentDefine and execute the Italian growth strategyDevelop new business with cosmetic brands, laboratories and CDMOsManage and expand existing accountsNegotiate commercial agreements and manage marginsPromote cosmetic active ingredients to R&D and formulation teamsAct as key interface between international principals and Italian clientsPerformance & Market IntelligenceBuild annual sales budget and monitor KPIsMonitor trends (clean beauty, biotech actives, pharma-grade positioning)Provide structured market feedback
Degree in Chemistry, Formulation, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in technical sales of cosmetic ingredientsNative-level Italian + professional English required
