The Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of a variety of sweet items, including pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, and fruit compotes, in accordance with guest orders and banquet event requirements. The position requires adherence to production guidelines and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment.
