Job Overview We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network. \r\n Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication. \r\n Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the EU region. Localized Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Italian -speaking markets.re all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies. \r\n\r\n Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients. \r\n Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. \r\n Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus). \r\n Existing partner, affiliate, community, or KOL resources that can contribute value in the short term. \r\n Experience in digital platforms, online services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries, or strong personal familiarity with similar ecosystems. \r\n Career Development: This is a senior leadership position where you will have great career and financial advancement opportunities as the company grows. \r\n Remote work flexibility: can work from anywhere in the world.
