Come join our team! /ppstrongBenefits: /strong /pulliMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 100% company paid for employees /liliPaid vacation holidays /lili401(k) company match /lili30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years of employment /liliStable employment with a growing company /liliHighly competitive salary /li /ulpstrongEssential Functions: /strong /pulliManages financials, ensures that jobs that require planning and layout receive it, identifies risks and hurdles of each work order, and plans essential resources to minimize any financial slippage. /liliManages Service technician gainshare payout. /liliOversees van stock setup, organization, and supervising the procurement and tracking of materials. /liliRecognizes problems early and informs the necessary stakeholders to protect InPwr's installation quality and financial interests. /liliSchedules and performs post mortems with appropriate team members on all jobs that are +5-10% above or below the expected margin to ensure mistakes are not reoccurring and best practices are repeatable and celebrated. /liliReviews work orders weekly for each tech and client to identify trends with installation and overall satisfaction. /liliReviews and approves submittals with account manager before requesting client approval. /liliEnsures customer satisfaction and solicits customer feedback from all service customers and constant presence sites. /liliCommunicates with customers and technicians to coordinate job scheduling and site compliance. /liliEnsures that project scheduling meets the time goals of the customer. /liliAssists with design/build activities when required by customers. /liliProvides accurate information to ensure proper project initialization and close-out take place. /liliAssures that all permits, licenses, and inspections filings are completed. /liliSchedules weekly activities of all assigned personnel. /liliIdentifies material requirements of projects and works with PC to ensure timely delivery of material for jobs. /liliAssists personnel with on-site problems when necessary. /liliPrepares project status reports and/or schedules, if applicable. /liliPrices, submits to owner, and expedites all change order requests. /liliAssures timely completion of punch list items. /liliAssures timely submission of accurate as-built drawings, when applicable. /liliResponds in a timely manner to employee concerns. /liliReviews and ensures that all reports and paperwork from the field are accurate prior to submitting to data entry. /liliAttends job meetings on projects when required. /liliAssists in general business development activities. /li /ulpstrongWorking Conditions: /strong /pulliThis position sometimes operates in an office environment but will require regular visits to construction sites. /liliJob requires working in all elements, depending on job location and time of year (heat, cold, rain, and snow). /liliMust be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns). /liliWear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times), respirator when required. /liliRepetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. /liliAble to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required and night shifts. /liliAll elements inside and out. /li /ulpstrongSkills and Requirements: /strong /pulliHigh school diploma with additional 2 years technical training desired or Construction Management degree. /liliMinimum 1-2 years experience in a Senior technician role; prior field experience required. /lilistrongExcellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and the NEC. /strong /liliStrong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products. /liliAbility to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and work under pressure. /liliAbility to manage and schedule multiple service technicians and projects. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication. /liliOutstanding interpersonal skills. /lilistrongAbility to work in the Naples, FL office, or willingness to relocate. /strong /li /ulpstrongWorking Environment/Physical Demands: /strong /ppThis is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
