Our team actively interacts with other Commercial / Sales / product leadership organizations worldwide, developing proposals for spare parts, field services, repairs, maintenance lists and any other type as per transactional portfolio; leading negotiations with customers; ensure deals meets Company requirements; drive competitive pricing.
Partner with the best
Our Tender Manager will compile and submit required tender documentation in line with Company standards and requirements. You manage complex short to long term commercial projects, proposals and contracts including pricing and terms and conditions.
As Tender Manager / Sales Specialist - Proposals you will be responsible for:

Preparing proposals/bids on Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressors and Generators contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Handling commercial activities on fast-pacing highly complex markets
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance and any other required
Leading an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders developing a strong understanding of Customer, market dynamics, competition
Actively developing and utilizing financial and non-financial analytic / analysis / metrics as needed
Fostering the Company core values and ethic behaviours
Being involved in other internal strategic activities or initiatives under the competencies of the Center of Excellence commercial team

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Sales)
Several years of experience in Sales/Commercial/Bid (minimum 3-5 years of experience in Tender/Bid roles)
Strong natural communication skills and leadership skills in Italian and English written and oral (B2 minimum). Knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus
Inclusive mindset and natural ability to work and collaborate in multi-cultural diverse teams
Effective problem identification and solving skills, clear thinker and fast learner
Availability to travel for business when required
