The Role & Team:
Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and experience in building customer trust within complex sales cycles. The role offers significant opportunities for growth and rewards.
As the Account Director for Service Providers, you will develop sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthen existing client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities. A proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within current clients is essential.
You will leverage your background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and influence key decision-makers, aiming to grow the current footprint and drive innovation and automation.
This role requires close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, including Product Development and Professional Services, to ensure successful deployments and business growth.
Successful candidates will utilize their sales experience to win in competitive situations while focusing on achieving sales targets. Infovista offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
Profile:
Sales Skills:
* Strong results-driven mindset and target focus
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions
* Proven success closing deals above €1m
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts
* Industry experience and relationships with C-Level and senior management
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to articulate technical concepts to all organizational levels
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and capacity to coordinate internal resources
* Team-oriented selling, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services
Technical Knowledge:
* Deep knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions
* Understanding of the CSP market and buyer behaviors in OSS and network operations
Personal Skills:
* Strategic thinking and process-oriented approach
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and visionary skills
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma
* Assertiveness in defending company standards and interests
* Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* Excellent organizational skills, with proven project management capabilities
Experience:
* 7+ years in building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives
* Track record selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions
* Strong software sales acumen
* Successful at closing large deals and meeting quotas
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange)
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
