Internship Overview
The Baker Hughes Internship is a global opportunity for students pursuing or recently graduating a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. It provides hands‑on work experience focused on delivering customer outcomes, applying leading‑edge technology, and contributing to the company’s energy transition mission.
Responsibilities
* Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
* Learn and use internal software to assist with project and task completion.
* Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Assist in reviewing and understanding contracts, agreements, and terms with clients or suppliers.
* Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals, bids, or quotations for projects or contracts.
* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM‑related, Economics, Finance, or business‑related program.
* Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent in your country).
* Fluent in oral and written English; effective communication skills.
* Legal eligibility to work in the country of application without company sponsorship.
