Support, mentor and motivate 50‐100 direct‐report Amazon AssociatesWork independently and operate in an autonomous environmentStand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hoursWillingly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs; most follow a fixed 4‐day work week with 3 days offOversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable) and step in as neededWork in an environment where noise level variesLifting up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reachClimb and descend stairs (when applicable)
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (all degree requirements must be met before the first day).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsCurrently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
