Job Description
Randstad Italia, for a leading company in the restaurant sector, is looking for a CUOCO.
Contract: initial temporary with possibility of stabilization.
Working hours: tempo pieno, Monday to Saturday, shifts 6 – 18.
Location: Bascapè (PV).
Responsabilità
Production line work: ingredient preparation (cutting, weighing, pre‑cooking) in large quantities.
Execution of recipes per technical sheets and standardized procedures.
Use and management of industrial production equipment (conventional ovens, cooks, cutters, temperature choppers, vacuum packing machines).
Cooking large batches, monitoring times and temperatures.
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area and machinery.
Strict application of hygiene rules ( HACCP ) and safety procedures.
Competenze
Previous experience in a similar role.
Diploma from a hotel institute or equivalent professional qualification.
Proficiency in handling equipment and managing large volumes.
Precision and excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility in working hours.
